Purpose and Objectives

The goal of the Time Management class is to help you have a better, happier, less stressful life.  Sounds like a lot to accomplish in a time management class?  It is!  But this class does more than teach you how to manage your time, it teaches you how to manage your life. 

In this course, you will learn how to

  • Get things off your mind and onto paper

  • Use tools you already have to help you control your time

  • Define hidden time costs

  • Manage priorities

  • Recognize the difference between urgent and important

  • Implement realistic ways you can take care of time eaters

Our Approach

Our focus is on realistic, practical material you can apply right away.

Because we want you to make changes, we make sure our teaching works.  Our classes give you step-by-step guidelines (rather than theories, principles and concepts).

Our classes are intensely focused.  We take learning seriously and will fiercely avoid getting pulled off-topic into unproductive discussions.

You will participate.  There will be regular exercises for you to do.  All the feedback we’ve received confirms our belief that the most beneficial part of our classes is the opportunity to interact and practice what you learn.

We move.  You should expect a high-energy, high-content, fast-paced seminar.  This allows for maximum learning and maximum participation.

We believe learning can be fun.  We stay focused on the goal and do so in a lively and entertaining way. 

We make sure you can do it.  The material we teach you isn’t complicated.  We make sure of that.  It is, however, going to require effort on your part.  The amount of effort you invest will equal the amount of benefit you receive from class.

Attendance is limited.  You will not be one of a thousand in class.  Class size is kept at a level that allows maximum participation and feedback.
