Self-awareness serves as an
inner barometer gauging whether
what we are doing is
worthwhile. The choices that
move us closer to a meaningful
end goal are energizing - the
choices that move us away are
defeating.
Making the right choice, as
individuals and as a team,
begins with self-awareness.
At the end of this course, you
will be able to:
1. Diagnose personal and team
areas ripe for improvement
2. Diagnose your strengths,
weaknesses and tendencies as
well as the strengths,
weaknesses and tendencies of
your team
3. Tune-in to your emotions and
how they can help or hurt
you/your team
4. Read the valuable information
your emotions give you

purpose and the impact knowing
it can have on your decisions
